Wajda leads the Badgers with a 4-over 220 to tie for 27th
FINAL RESULTS
CANBY, Ore. -- After play was suspended due to darkness and a rain delay on day 1, the Badgers regrouped to finish 13th with a 37-over 297-307-297--901 at the Airstream Adventures Northwest Classic in Canby, Oregon.
UNLV was one of two teams to finish under par at the par 72, 6,925-yard Willamette Valley Country Club with a 22-under 280-283-280--842. Oregon was second with a 14-under 279-284-287--850. Oregon individuals finished No. 1 and 2 with Sulman Raza leading all scores with a 10-under 71-67-68--206. Teammate Nigel Lett was second with 6-under 72-70-68--210.
The Badgers were led by Eddie Wajda III who finished tied for 27th with a 4-over 72-75-72--220. Senior Matt Ross tied for 60th with a 12-over 74-82-72--228. Ben Skogen tied for 67th at 13-over 76-75-78--229.
Freshman Jordan Hahn was tied for 72nd with 16-over 74-76-82--232. Playing as an individual, freshman Brett Robinson was tied at 79th with 76-73-85--235 and Michael Abrahamson was a stroke back finishing 82nd with 79-81-75--235.
The Badgers continue their season April 3-5 with a return to Hootie at Bulls Bay tournament in Awendaw, S.C.
