Three matches go unfinished, UI wins, 4-0

MADISON, Wis. – Taking on its third straight nationally ranked opponent, the doubles pair of junior Sara Castellano and freshman Lexi Keberle provided Wisconsin's high point in Sunday's match at Illinois. The duo knocked off the No. 44 ranked combo of Sasha Belaya and Daniela Novak, 6-3, but 14th-ranked Illinois took care of the rest with a 4-0 win.

Sophomore Michelle Linden, Keberle and Castellano had their singles matches cut short once Illinois secured the victory, leaving Wisconsin (2-7, 8-13) with a 4-0 defeat.

Up next: Wisconsin heads to Lincoln, Nebraska to compete against the No. 46 Cornhuskers, the fourth ranked opponent in a row. The match is scheduled for Friday, April 20 at 5 p.m. (CT).
