MADISON, Wis.
 – The Wisconsin wrestling team is set to head east after their triumphant season opener at the Battle of the Midway. FloWrestling currently has the Badgers ranked at No. 5 in the country after boasting a 3-0 record during opening weekend.

You can stream Wisconsin's dual against Buffalo on YouTube. The dual is set to begin at 6 p.m. CT on Thursday from the UB Center for the Arts. The Badgers then head to Edinboro to wrestle against the Fighting Scots at 6 p.m. on Friday from a sold-out Saegertown High School in Saegertown, Pennsylvania. That match will be streamed live on FloWrestling.

You can follow along with all of the action live on Twitter at @BadgerWrestling and head to UWBadgers.com for post-match recap.

1. YES, GROSS IS THAT GOOD:  In his first dual in a Badger singlet, 133-pounder Seth Gross pinned No. 18 Gary Joint in just over four minutes. Gross followed up that impressive start with two major decisions. Even more impressive, is that the Battle of the Midway was the first meet Gross has competed at in over a year. This week he will likely face off against No. 13 Derek Spann in Buffalo.

2. HAPPY MEMORIES: In his coaching debut at Wisconsin, head coach Chris Bono led the Badgers to a 25-12 win over Buffalo in the UW Field House on Nov. 1, 2018. This season they will head to Buffalo to take on the Bulls in "Mayhem on the Mainstage." The dual takes place at the UB Center for the Arts.

3. HILLGER'S HEROICS: I Wisconsin's dual against Army came down to the last match, a 285-pound battle featuring UW's redshirt sophomore Trent Hillger. Down 15-13 against the Black Knights, Hillger needed a win. He took a 7-0 decision from Army's Ben Sullivan, sealing the 16-15 victory for the Badgers.

4. A TEST AT 174: Last weekend, the Badgers used three different wrestlers at 174. When they face off against Edinboro, the chosen 174 pounder will likely go against No. 23 Jacob Oliver. Wisconsin's 174-weight class went 0-3 at the Battle of the Midway but will look to improve that record on this road trip.

5. DOW GETS IT DONE: I Tyler Dow moved up to 184 for Wisconsin's dual against Navy after losing a tight 4-2 decision against Army's No. 9 Ben Harvey. Dow, a redshirt freshman, bounced back despite moving up a weight class to take down Navy's Andrew Buckley in a 3-1 decision.
