Five things to know: No. 4 Badgers have weekend of B1G action in Indiana

The Wisconsin wrestling team set to take on Indiana and No. 10 Purdue
MADISON, Wis. – After a week off from competition, the third-ranked Badgers (8-3, 1-3 B1G) are on the road this weekend to face two Big Ten schools. On Friday, the Badgers travel to Bloomington, Indiana, to take on the Hoosiers (1-6, 1-5) at 6 p.m. CT from Wilkinson Center. The weekend continues with a match against seventh-ranked Purdue (11-2, 4-1) on Sunday from Holloway Gym in West Lafayette, Indiana.

1. Barnett's B1G weekend:Â The Badgers true freshman has a big test this weekend. In the 125-pound weight class, Eric Barnett will face off against Liam Cronin from Indiana. Barnett will take on No. 6 Devin Schroder of Purdue, who recently lost to Cronin in a 3-1 decision, on Sunday.
2. Last time out: The Badgers had a week off from competition after losing their home dual against No. 3 Ohio State on Jan. 17. Despite wins from Eric Barnett, Seth Gross, Evan Wick and Trent Hillger, the Badgers lost the dual 24-13.
3. Martin's Moment: Wisconsin's redshirt senior has two tough battles ahead this weekend. At 149 pounds, Martin will take on the reigning Big Ten Wrestler of the Week, No. 22 Graham Rooks on Friday, and then face off against No. 15 Griffin Parriott of Purdue on Sunday.
4. Home sweet HOME: Following this week's action, the Badgers will be at home for the rest of the dual season. They host No. 2 Penn State, Michigan State, No. 17 Michigan and No. 16 UNI to wrap up the regular season.
5. Another week, another ranked opponent: Each time the Badgers have taken the mat it seems they are facing another ranked team. They have already taken on No. 1 Iowa, No. 3 Ohio State, No. 4 Nebraska and No. 5 Minnesota. This Sunday, the team will face No. 10 Purdue.
