
Badgers back home to host pair of Big Ten foes

Wisconsin set to take on Penn State and No. 12 Ohio State
MADISON, Wis. – Coming off a win in its last match, the Wisconsin men's tennis team returns to Nielsen Tennis Stadium this weekend to host Penn State at 3 p.m. Friday and No. 12 Ohio State at noon Sunday.
- Maintaining Momentum: The Badgers (2-6, 2-5 Big Ten) earned their second conference win last weekend after beating Nebraska 5-2. Gabriel Huber went unbeaten at No. 1 singles on the weekend, which included his 6-0, 4-6, 6-4 victory over No. 39 Kareem Allaf of Iowa. Huber and Tim Dzhurinskiy also led in doubles with their 6-3 win against the Huskers' Victor Moreno Lozano and Brandon Perez at the No. 1 position.
- Scouting Penn State: The Nittany Lions currently hold a 3-4 record overall and in the Big Ten after splitting their matches in Michigan last weekend. On Friday, Penn State fell 6-1 to No. 13 Michigan but concluded their weekend with a 5-2 win over Michigan State on Sunday.
- Scouting Ohio State: The Buckeyes currently hold a 9-2 record overall and a 6-1 record in the Big Ten. Last weekend, they faced their first conference loss in a 4-3 setback to Michigan.The Buckeyes currently have four nationally-ranked singles players and three ranked doubles teams.
