SAN JUAN, P.R. – On Sunday the Wisconsin women's tennis team finished up the Vanderbilt San Juan Invitational, ending the weekend on an extremely high note.
Maria Sholokhova and
Ava Markham went 2-0 on the weekend in their doubles matches, both of which were against Florida State. On Saturday they faced off against Vic Allen and Kianah Motosono and won 6-3; the next day they faced Anna Arkadianou and Vic Allen, winning once again by a score of 6-4.
Next up for the Badgers is the Duke & NC State Invitational in Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina. This invitational starts on Friday, November 4 and runs until Sunday, Novemrber 6 with

Alina Mukhortova and

Four Badgers traveled to Puerto Rico for the Vanderbilt San Juan Invitational, which began Friday. These four squared off against Florida State first in singles and then followed those games with singles matches against Michigan.
Ava Markham and
Maria Sholokhova emerged victorious in their matches against Florida State, while Markham also beat her Michigan opponent, going 2-0 on the day.
