Wisconsin signs talented golfer from Beijing, China
MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin women's golf head coach Todd Oehrlein announced on Wednesday that golfer Yongze Cheng has signed a national letter of intent to attend the University of Wisconsin. The new Badger will join the women's golf roster beginning with the 2022-23 season with fellow classmate Alexia Siehl.
"We are excited to welcome Yongze to the Badger Family," said Oehrlein. "She has had proven success in the classroom as well as on the golf course and will be a great addition to the team. We look forward to the talent she will bring to our program!"
