In the lightweight four, the Badgers finished sixth, while the lightweight double sculls placed fifth.

Lightweight Coach Hodge Habibovic
"This weekend was tough for the Badgers and is definitely not how we wanted our season to culminate. We had a number of athletes not able to race due to COVID/injury.
"It's honestly been a season of adversity and our team has grown stronger because of it. We still had some great results this year and I could not be prouder of this team. It has truly been an honor to coach them and they have been an amazing group of athletes who have bought in to our goals and aspirations since day one.
"We're licking our wounds for now, but we can't wait for next season. We still have a lot to prove and we know what our goals are. We have a strong recruiting class coming in and are returning almost all of our athletes from this year.
"I still feel extremely confident in our team and I can't wait to get back to work and continue our momentum from this year. Keep an eye on the Wisco Lights because we're coming back with a vengeance in 2023."
