LOS ANGELES – The Wisconsin men's track and field team completed the final day of competition in California at the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut, Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, and Beach Invitational in Long Beach. The Badgers set two new personal best marks on the final day of competition.
Swarens wins the shot put at Beach Invite
In the men's shot put, Swarens threw a winning toss and personal best of 65 feet and 2 inches. Swarens is now ranked second all-time at UW, second in the Big Ten this season, and seventh in the NCAA.
Sophomore
Adam Spencer finished 11th in the 1500 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational, crossing in 3 minutes, 37.72 seconds, just .32 seconds off his personal best time. His time leads the Big Ten and ranks seventh nationally.
