MADISON, Wis. - The No. 25 Wisconsin women's tennis team fought hard against Notre Dame on Feb. 11, at Nielsen Tennis Stadium. The Badgers went 2-0 on the weekend, claiming the match 5-2.

Taylor Cataldi and Rosie Garcia Gross breezed through their doubles match, winning 6-2 in 30 minutes. Maria Sholokhova and Alina Mukhortova clinched the doubles point for the Badgers posting a score of 6-3. 

In the singles matches, Maria Sholokhova came back from a three-game deficit, winning her first set in a tiebreak, 7-4. Ariel Johnson had a major comeback against her opponent after dropping a 6-1 first set, winning the next two sets 6-4, 7-5.
