Badgers back in Madison for two Big Ten matchups
MADISON, Wis. - No. 28 Wisconsin women's tennis returns to Madison this weekend to host No. 75 Michigan State on March 27 at 3 p.m. and No. 18 Michigan on March 29 at 10 a.m. at Nielsen Tennis Stadium.

Wisconsin split its East Coast weekend, falling 4-3 to No. 47 Maryland before bouncing back with a 4-0 sweep over Rutgers. Against the Terrapins, the Badgers secured the doubles point and saw strong performances in singles from Maria Sholokhova at No. 1 and Kaede Usui at No. 6. The match came down to the final court, where Maryland ultimately secured the deciding point to take the win. Wisconsin bounced back against Rutgers, picking up the doubles point with a pair of 6-2 wins. The Badgers carried that into singles play, where Sholokhova and Tianna Rangan each earned straight-set victories.
