2016 Outdoor: Earned a new personal best in the 400-meter hurdles taking second in 1:08.02 at the Drake Alternative Meet (5/1) ... Competed unattached in the 400 meter hurdles finishing 11th in 1:08.21 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (4/16

2016 Indoor: Placed 14th in the 200 meters with a new PR of 27.32 seconds, also earned a new PR in the 400 meters with a time of 1:01.78 to finish seventh at the Red and White Open (2/19) ... Took fifth in the 200 meters in 27.65 and fouth in the 400 with a time of 1:02.79 at the Minnesota dual (1/23) ... At the dual against Notre Dame (1/16), took fourth in the 400 in 1:04.41 and was a part of the 4x400 relay that placed second in 3:59.49
