2017-18 (Senior): Sat bow in the varsity eight... helped the Badgers to a 15th-place finish at the Head of the Charles in October... Sat bow at the Stanford Invitational, helping the Badgers' first eight to a win over Oregon State... participated in the race for the Jablonic/Cochrane and Congram Cups... sat five seat at the Eastern Sprints, helping the Badgers to a fifth-place finish... sat bow at the IRA National Championships, helping UW to a sixth-place finish in the petite finals... raced with the first varsity eight at the Princeton Chase in October, placing fourth
2016-17 (Junior): Rowed with varsity eight that placed 11th at the 2017 IRA National Championships ... raced in the second varsity eight in three races at the Stanford Invite, placing first against Oregon State while earning two second-place finishes … raced in the second varsity eight that placed second at the Cochrane/Jablonic Cup … raced to a first-place finish against Northeastern for the Congram Cup … rowed to a third-place petite final finish at the Eastern Sprints with the second varsity eight … placed 11th with the varsity four at Head of the Charles in October … made the lightweight men's pair for the 2017 World Rowing Under 23 Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, where he placed ninth.
2015-16 (Sophomore): Raced in bow seat for the fourth varsity eight that place first in the petite final at the Eastern Sprints in May, then sat in three seat for the lightweight varsity four that placed sixth at the IRA National Championships in June... stroked the varsity eight and the lightweight varsity four to a pair of first place finishes against Minnesota and MSOE in April... sat in bow with the fourth varsity eight that claimed first place at the Devil's Lake Dual.
2014-15 (Freshman): Sat in five seat in the fourth varsity eight that defeated MSOE at the Devil’s Lake Challenge…raced with the third freshmen eight in two different races, the Devil’s Lake Challenge and at the Head of Huron.
Personal: Parents are Brian and Marion Walker … has one sister, Annie … major is agricultural business management and economics.
High School: Graduated from Princeton High School.
Reason for choosing UW-Madison: "Ice fishing, agriculture, and lakes."
