Box Score LINCOLN, Neb – On the final day of the Big Ten Individual Championships, two Badgers competed in extra matches in both singles and doubles play.
 
Daniel Nuzhny and Scott Sculley went 2-0 in the singles draw against Northwestern opponents, Nathan Spear and Abhijeet Joshi, respectively.
 
In doubles play, the Daniel Nuzhny and Scott Sculley team fell short to No. 8 Nebraska's Will Gleason and Henry Cacciatore, 7-6(3).
 
Up Next: UW will next hit the courts in Minneapolis for the Gopher Invitational, Nov. 8-10, which will mark the conclusion of Wisconsin's fall schedule.

LINCOLN, Neb – Wisconsin continued play at the Big Ten Individual Championships on Saturday afternoon. Freshman Robin Parts made it to the semifinals of the tournament 
 
Parts started the day by toppling No. 3 Ohio State's, Tim Seibert in a three-set win in the quarterfinals. However, he faced a tough loss in the semifinals against No. 99-ranked Northwestern's Dominik Stary.
 
Martim Vilela picked up a win in the Round of 16 of the consolation draw against Iowa's Oliver Okonkwo, defeating him 6-3, 7-5. Scott Sculey also clinched a win for the Badgers in the extra matches, conquering Ohio State's Andrew Lutschaunig in three sets.
 
Both teams of Badgers picked up wins in the doubles consolation draw. The freshman pair of Robin Parts and Gabriel Huber won over Northwestern's pair, Forman and Berdusco, 6-2. Sophomore Daniel Nuzhny and freshman Scott Sculey beat Nebraska's duo of Albert Sprlak-Puk and Bradley Mittleman, 6-4.

UW will wrap up action at the Big Ten Individual Championships on Sunday in Lincoln.

LINCOLN, Neb – The Big Ten Individual Championships kicked off play Friday at Dillon Tennis Center, as five members of the Wisconsin men's tennis team competed in singles and doubles play in Lincoln, Nebraska
 
The UW freshman were off to a solid start in singles play, each picking up a win in the Round of 32. Gabriel Huber and Scott Sculley each defeated their opponents, Ohio State's Jacob Wareti and Michigan's Kazuki Matsuno, respectively, in straight sets.
 
Robin Parts walked away from his first match against No. 6 seed Iowa's Oliver Okonkwo with a three-set win. He advanced to the Round of eight after taking the victory against Nebraska's Albert Sprlak-Puk in another three-set match.
 
Both of Wisconsin's doubles teams won in the first round before falling in the quarterfinals. No. 5 Gabriel Huber and Robin Parts defeated Nebraska's Bradley Mittleman and Chester Wickwire and Daniel Nuzhny and Scott Sculley conquered Michigan's Connor Johnston, the No. 7 seed, and Kristofer Siimar.
