Box Score 2 MADISON Wis. -- The Wisconsin men's tennis team wrapped up its first weekend of fall play on Sunday at the Bayliss Invitational in South Bend, Indiana.
Daniel Nuzhny led UW on Sunday as the sophomore collected a two-set win taking down Western Michigan's Arjun Honnappa 6-3, 6-4.

MADISON Wis. -- The Wisconsin men's tennis team was carried by the freshman in the singles bracket on their second day of the Bayliss Invitational in South Bend, Indiana, putting up four wins on Saturday.
Freshman
Gabriel Huber picked up two of Wisconsin's wins in singles play with a straight set win over Western Michigan's Zac Faveri and a three-set battle over Notre Dame's Matt Che. Fellow freshman
Robin Parts tallied the other wins, beating Western Michigan's Jannik Opitz, 6-3, 7-5 before defeating Notre Dame's Connor Fu 1-6, 6-1, 1-0 (9)
In Milwaukee, a pair of Badgers faced ranked opponents as
Jared Pratt dropped a three-set tilt against No. 43 Richard Ciamarra of Notre Dame while
Robert Krill suffered a setback to No. 118 Tim Ruehl of Arizona State.
Up Next: The Bayliss Invitational will conclude on Sunday while the Milwaukee Tennis Classic will wrap up on Monday.

MADISON, Wis. -- The Wisconsin men's tennis team set out to divide and conquer on the first day of the fall season as they picked up six wins at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic and the Bayliss Invitational at Notre Dame.
Four Badgers competed at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic on Friday as UW dominated on day one in the singles bracket, going 3-1. In the doubles bracket, Badgers split their matches 1-1.
Sophomore Lenard Soha won a three-set thriller over Cal's Bjorn Hoffman while junior Robert Krill and sophomore Jared Pratt controlled the matches against Cal's Can Kaya and ASU's Mandresy Rakotomalala. Krill and Pratt each won in straight sets to lead UW to a 3-1 ledger in singles action.
In the doubles bracket, Lenard Soha and Jared Pratt defeated Giovanni Oradin and Nicolos Ocana Lavoie of MIssissippi State, 9-7, in the first match.
At Notre Dame, Robin Parts picked up his first win of his collegiate career with a win over Fabien Salle of Louisville, 6-1, 6-3.
A pair of freshmen combined for a win in doubles play as Scott Sculley and Gabriel Huber earned a 7-6 win over Cacciatore/Sprlak‐Puk of Nebraska.
Up Next: UW will resume action at both tournaments on Saturday morning.
