MADISON, Wis. — Winners in seven of the last 10 games, Wisconsin looks to bounce back from a loss at Purdue when it travels to Iowa on Monday night. Tip is set for 7:30 p.m. (CT) on BTN.

1) GOT A GOOD THING GOING: The Badgers have won in four of their last five trips to Iowa City, including a 72-66 win in Carver-Hawkeye Arena last season. UW has won eight of the last 10 against Iowa overall. 

2) ROAD WARRIORSSince 2001-02, UW has racked up 110 true road wins, the top mark of any Big Ten team. UW's .533 (110-96) road win percentage during that span trails only Michigan State.

3) BIG WINS: Wisconsin has tallied five Quadrant 1 wins this season, tied for most in the Big Ten. In fact, only two teams in the nation have more: #3 Kansas (8) and #10 Seton Hall (6).

4) BATTLE TESTED: Wisconsin ranks No. 31 in the NET Rankings (as of Jan. 26), which also lists UW as facing the third-toughest schedule in the nation. The Badgers are also ranked No. 34 according to KenPom.com. ​​​​​​

5) SCOUTING IOWA: The Hawkeyes are building an impressive resume in 2019-20 with victories over Texas Tech, Syracuse, Iowa State, Maryland, Michigan and Rutgers. Iowa is led by junior center Luka Garza who is averaging 23.2 points per game, 10.3 rebounds per game and 32 blocks on the season. Iowa is 9-1 on its home floor and currently riding a four-game winning streak.

Wisconsin couldn't overcome a cold start and dropped a 70-51 decision at Purdue on Friday.
  • The Boilermakers out-rebounded UW, 42-16, including a 16-2 edge on the offensive glass.
  • The Badgers missed their first 11 3-pointers before finishing 7-for-22 from deep.
  • D'Mitrik Trice (11), Micah Potter (11) and Nate Reuvers (10) all scored in double figures for Wisconsin.
ALL-TIME VS. IOWA
  • Monday's game will mark the 167th meeting between Wisconsin and Iowa in a series that began in 1909. The Badgers lead the all-time series, 85-81, having won eight of the the past 10 meetings.
