MINNEAPOLIS - After four days and seven sessions of swimming the Badgers have a lot to be proud of leaving the Minnesota Invite. While no team scores were tracked for the meet, there were lots of individual and relay performances that stood out.
Two school records were broken this weekend, the first coming Friday night from Will Myhre. He placed fourth in the 100 breaststroke and finished in 51.86.
The second school record came from freshman Paige McKenna. She went 9:36.36 going out in the 1650 free to break the record in the 1000 free.
There were also multiple tickets punched with some NCAA qualifying times as well. Phoebe Bacon had an 'A' cut performance in the 200 back Saturday night. She placed second and came in at 1:50.48.
In addition to this, the women's 400 freestyle relay also had an 'A' cut performance. The team consisting of Lillie Hosack, Phoebe Bacon, Alana Palmer and Sophie Fiske had a time of 3:14.22.
On the diving side, Tazman Abramowicz continued to dominate competition. He placed first in the 1M competition (365.25), second in the platform (340.95) and third in the 3M (369.40).Â
Molly Hampton placed third in the platform competition and scored 234.25.

Up next: The Badger divers will head to the University of Tennessee on January 3rd for an invite. The swimmers look to host Minnesota and Michigan at Soderholm Family Aquatic Center on January 15th.
