
Ho ties for second at FAU Paradise Invitational

Badgers finish tied for fourth after three rounds
BOCA RATON, Fla. – Completing their first tournament of the spring, Wisconsin women's golf tied for fourth at the FAU Paradise Invitational at 12 over-par.Â
The team shot a 294-283-299=876 and was led by Vanessa Ho who tied for second place at four-under par. South Florida earned top honors among the 13-team field as they finished seven-under par. Â
Posting four birdies and a two-under 70 for a final score of four-under par, Ho finished tied for second to lead the Badgers.Â
Kate Brody carded a one-over 73 to finish in 32nd place at six-over par, while Carly Carter shot a three-over 75 to finish at seven-over par and tied for 33rd.
Individual Camille Kuznik finished out the invitational with a four-over 76 to tie for 45th at 10-over par. Finishing tied for 40th at eight-over par overall, Chloe Chan tallied a nine-over 81 in the third round. Ava Salay rounded out the lineup with a 14-over 86, placing her in 72nd at 23-over par.Â
Shooting an impressive four-under 68, Chan tallied four birdies to tie for 12th at the end of the day.Â
Ho matched her first round score as she shot a one-under 71 to tie for sixth. Freshmen Brody and Salay each made par, with Brody tying for 43rd and Salay tying for 63rd. Individual Kuznik carded a two-over 74 to finish the day tied for 53rd. Carter rounded out the lineup with a five-over 77, placing her tied for 39th.Â
Juniors Ho and Carter each shot a one-under 71, with Carter tallying three birdies and Ho capturing two.Â
Chan carded a three-over 75, while Kuznik, who is competing as an individual, followed closely behind with a four-over 76. Competing for the first time in the Badger lineup, Salay  shot a nine-over 81.Â

Round 3
