Box Score EVANSTON, Ill. – The No. 20 Wisconsin women's soccer team tied 1-1 with the Northwestern Wildcats in the last game of the regular season.
How it Happened
First Half
The opening 45 minutes were evenly matched, but Wisconsin held possession throughout.
Drew Stover made two saves to keep the score 0-0 at the break.
Second Half
Erin Connolly put the Badgers on the board in the 50
th minute with a header off an assist from
Brooke Allen and
Jenna Baumann.
Northwestern was not out of it yet and tied the game in the 78
th minute.
Despite a few good chances the Badgers were unable to retake the lead.
Drew Stover recorded six saves to secure the tie and the Badgers led in corner kicks (7-1) while notching 11 shots, five of which were on target.

The Badgers have locked in the No. 5 seed in the Big Ten Tournament and will face No. 4-seeded Iowa on Saturday, Nov. 1, at 3:30 p.m. (CT) at Purdue.
