MADISON, Wis. â The No. 15 Wisconsin women's soccer team hits the road for a two-game trip out west, facing Oregon on Thursday, Oct. 16, at 8 p.m. (CT), before taking on No. 17 Washington on Sunday, Oct. 19, at 3 p.m. (CT).

1.Scouting the Ducks
Wisconsin and Oregon have met twice in program history, with the Badgers holding a perfect 2-0-0 record. The last meeting came in 2014, when Wisconsin shut out the Ducks 1-0 in Madison.
Oregon enters the matchup with a 2-9-4 overall record and a 0-5-3 mark in Big Ten play, currently sitting at the bottom of the conference standings with three points. The Ducks earned a 2-2 draw against Penn State in their most recent match, with both goals scored by Carly Cormack in the first half.

2. Scouting the Huskies
The Badgers also own the all-time edge over Washington, leading the series 4-0-1. Their last meeting came in 2018, when Wisconsin claimed a 2-1 overtime victory.
The Huskies sit atop the Big Ten with 20 points and a 6-0-2 conference record (9-1-5 overall). After two weeks unranked, Washington re-entered the national rankings at No. 17 following a 1â0 win over Ohio State, decided by penalty kicks.
Junior forward Jadyn Holdenried leads the Huskies with seven goals and three assists, landing 17 of her 30 shots on target for a .567 shot-on-goal percentage. In goal, sophomore Tanner Ijams has allowed just seven goals making 37 saves. Her .841 save percentage ranks fourth in the Big Ten.

Adee Boer has been a standout for Wisconsin. Boer was named Offensive Player of the Week for the first time in her career after scoring both game-winning goals in Wisconsin's victories over the Bruins and Trojans. The forward now has four game-winning goals this season, the second-most in the Big Ten. Boer has started the last 10 matches and appeared in 13 overall this season.

Freshman
Kiara Gilmore is making her mark in her first season with the Badgers. She earned Freshman of the Week honors for the first time after assisting on the game-winning goal against UCLA. She has started all 15 matches this season and ranks No. 4 in the TopDrawerSoccer Midseason Freshman Rankingsâthe highest among all Big Ten players. Gilmore sits third on the team with 1,301 minutes played and leads all Big Ten freshmen in minutes.

4. Last time out
The Badgers closed out their regular-season home slate with a 1-0 win over USC.
Despite several first-half chances, Wisconsin couldn't break through before halftime. Goalkeeper
Drew Stover anchored the defense with three saves to keep the score level at 0â0.
In the 87th minute, Boer found the breakthrough, netting home her fourth goal of the season off an assist from
Jenna Baumann to seal the win.
