Badgers set for road weekend in Arkansas

Wisconsin takes on Arkansas and Kansas
MADISON, Wis. - Wisconsin women's tennis continues non-conference play this weekend as the Badgers travel to Fayetteville, Ark. Wisconsin will face the Arkansas Razorbacks on Friday, Feb. 13, before taking on the Kansas Jayhawks on Saturday, Feb. 14.
1. The Last Time OutÂ
Wisconsin split its weekend at Nielsen Tennis Stadium, opening home play with a pair of sweeps before dropping a tight match against No. 18 Texas. The Badgers took care of business Saturday, sweeping both Harvard and UW-Milwaukee, 4-0. Wisconsin returned to the courts Sunday against Texas, picking up two singles victories before the Longhorns rallied to hand the Badgers their second loss of the season.
2. Scouting the RazorbacksÂ
Arkansas enters the weekend unbeaten after earning a win over Kansas State in its most recent match. The Razorbacks secured the doubles point and followed with singles victories from Carolina Gomez and Alexandra Panagiotidou to stay undefeated on the season.Â

Kansas enters the weekend with a 3-2 record, coming off a loss to Wichita State last week. Kyoka Kubo, Meg McCarty, and Ana Putilina each picked up singles wins in the match, though the Jayhawks were unable to secure the team victory. Kubo and McCarty remain undefeated on the season, providing strength to the Kansas lineup.
