2016 Outdoor: Earned a new personal best in the 800 meters at the Wisconsin Twilight (5/6) clocking in at 2:11.38 to take fifth ... Ran in two relays at the Drake Relays (4/28-30) including the DMR where the team finished sixth in 11:35.24 and the 4x1600 where they finished ninth in 20:27.05 ... Finished eighth at the Spec Towns Invitational (4/8-9) in the 800 meters in 2:15.60 ... Placed 15th in the 1500 meters in 4:43.02 at the Aztec Invitational (3/24-26)
2016 Indoor: Earned a new PR in the 800 in 2:11.67 at the Big Ten Championships to take 16th. Also was a member of the distance medley relay that took eighth in 11:46.71 and the 4x400 relay that took 13th in 3:46.55 ... At the Iowa State Classic (2/12), finished 26th in the 800 meters in 2:11.82 ... Took 11th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:11.93, also was a part of the distance medley relay that took fifth in 11:41.21 at the Armory Track Invitational (2/5) ... Took second in the 800 at the Minnesota dual (1/23) in 2:15.06 and was a member of the 4x400 relay team that took second in 3:55.26 ... Placed third in the 600 meters in 1:34.94 at the Notre Dame dual (1/16). Was also a part of the 4x400 meter relay that placed second in 3:59.49

Helped UW to a ninth place finish in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:55.16 at the Penn Relays (4/23) ... Placed 46th in the 800 meters at the Stanford Invitational (4/3) with a time of 2:13.01, while helping UW to a 13th place finish in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:53.65
2015 Indoor:Finished fourth in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:16.21 at the Big Ten Indoor Championship (2/27) to help UW to a seventh place team finish ... Placed second in the 400 meters at the Red and White Open (2/20) with a time of 59.47, while finishing second in the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:00.91 ... Finished 28th in the 800 meters at the Iowa State Classic (2/14) in a time of 2:13.54 ...
