MADISON, Wis. – This weekend, the ninth-ranked Wisconsin volleyball team welcomes another pair of Big Ten foes to the UW Field House. Friday night the Badgers take on No. 5 Nebraska live on the Big Ten Network at 8 p.m. before Sunday's 2 p.m. matinee with Iowa.

1. WHITE OUT: Fans are encouraged to wear white to Friday's match against Nebraska. Do not miss out on this opportunity to show the volleyball community how much pride Wisconsin volleyball fans have!

2. ACED THE TEST: It is midterm season for UW, but the classroom is not the only place the Badgers are acing it. Last weekend against Northwestern, Wisconsin out served the Wildcats 8-0, the first time the Badgers were not aced in a match this season.

3. COUNT ON CLARK: Junior Tiffany Clark recorded back-to-back 20-plus dig matches last weekend to average 6.71 digs per set and earn Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week honors. The 5-10 libero had 21 digs versus Northwestern on Friday and a career-best 26 saves against Illinois on Saturday.

4. MILESTONE ALERT: Sophomore Sydney Hilley is only 14 assists away from 2,000 for her career. She will become the 11th Badger to tally more than 2,000 assists. The 6-0 setter has also become more offensively minded over the last four matches, averaging 1.31 kills per set while hitting .559.

5. SCOUTING NEBRASKA: Defending national champion Nebraska comes into Madison this weekend tied for second in the Big Ten with a 6-2 record and are 15-3 overall. Last week, the Huskers picked up a sweep of Indiana before falling on the road at Penn State in five sets. In 2017, the Badgers were able to defeat the Huskers at the Field House in four sets. All-American Mikaela Foecke leads her team with 3.67 kills per set so far this season while adding 0.39 aces and 2.50 digs per set.

SCOUTING IOWA: The Hawkeyes are 12-7 overall and 4-4 in conference play after sweeping Rutgers and dropping a five-set match to Purdue last week. Earlier this season, they defeated the Badgers in five sets in their home gym. In that meeting, outside hitter Cali Hoye led Iowa with 30 kills and also added 14 digs.
