MINNEAPOLIS, Min. – The Wisconsin women's soccer team will face No. 10 Ohio State in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament on Oct. 31. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. on the campus of Minnesota.

SCOUTING THE BUCKEYES:Â The Badgers last faced the Buckeyes in the 2023 season, and dropped the contest 1-0. Wisconsin leads the all-time series 14-13-7.

The Buckeyes are coming off a 4-1 win over No. 15 Penn State in their last game of the regular season. Ohio State hold a record of 6-3-2 in conference play, finishing the regular season seeded eighth in the Big Ten.

2.LAST TIME OUT:Â The Wisconsin women's soccer team bested the Michigan Wolverines in the last game of the regular season, 1-0.

Dara Andringa scored the only goal of the game in the 10th minute earning her second goal of the season, giving the Badgers an early advantage.

Drew Stover earned her seventh clean sheet of the season after saving three shots.
Â
Wisconsin had the statistical advantage leading in shots (16-4), shots-on-goal (9-3), and corners (7-4).

3. REGULAR SEASON RECAP:Â The Badgers ended regular season play with an overall record of 9-4-4 and 5-3-3 in conference play.

Throughout the campaign, Wisconsin tallied many different season highs. The team scored a season high of five goals and seven assists on Oct. 20
against Maryland. Â

On Sept. 19 against Illinois, the Badgers offense was hot, earning a season's best 22 shots and 12 shots-on-goal. Â

Wisconsin peaked at 12 corner kicks in the first game of the season against BYU.

In the game against Michigan State on Oct. 17
 Drew Stover registered seven saves earning a season and career high.

The top goal scorer for the Badgers in the 2024 campaign was
Aryssa Mahrt with nine goals. Her top performance game came in games against UConn and Loyola Chicago, where she scored two goals a piece.
Ashley Martinez led the team in assists recording seven total on the season. Her season high of three came on Oct. 20
against Maryland.
Hailey Baumann played 1,520 minutes on the season starting in and playing in all 17 games. Â
