SARASOTA, Fla. — The Wisconsin women's rowing team closed out two days of competition against top boats from around the conference and the country at the 2024 Big Ten Invitational on Saturday at Nathan Benderson Park.
Multiple boats gained speed on day two, with the fourth varsity eight, varsity four, second varsity four and third varsity four rowing their fastest time of the weekend in their respective final races. The fourth varsity eight finished day two with a time of 7:18.667, 19 seconds faster than their best time on day one.
Up Next: For the first time in program history, the Badgers will race at the Windermere Cup in Seattle, Washington, on Saturday, May 4. Host-school Washington and the Italian National Team will also take part.
