2022-23: Wisconsin's starter at 184 pounds ... opened the season with a 5-3 decision over Chattanooga's Sergio Desiante at the 2022 Battle in the River City in Jacksonville, Florida ... earned an undefeated 2-0 record at the 2022 Garden State Grapple duals with a 6-5 upset decision over Princeton's No. 32 Nate Dugan and 3-2 decision over Penn's John Stout ... pinned No. 8 Abe Assad of Iowa during a home match in the Field House... finished the season 7-14... 3-8 vs. Big Ten opponents... competed in 14 of Wisconsin's duals... 2023 Academic All-Big Ten selection

2021-22: Compiled a 3-3 overall record at 184 pounds ... finished 2-2 overall at 2021 Michigan State Open with two wins by fall ... placed 6th at 2021 SIUE Cougar Clash, including pin against Sam Schroeder (Bellarmine) in 6:43 

2020-21: Competed in two dual matches for the Badgers, finishing 1-1 overall during COVID-shortened season ... earned 5-4 decision at 174 pounds against Northwestern's Troy Fisher ... also wrestled at 184 pounds against Minnesota.

2019-20: Finished 8-10 overall ... wrestled at both 174 and 184 pounds ... two major decisions against Brown's Cade Wilson (12-0) and Princeton's Kevin Parker (12-3), who was ranked No. 17 at the time ... earned his first home win against Michigan's Max Maylor in a 4-3 decision.

2018-19: First season as a Badger ... went 27-3 in open competition ... took first place at the Cyclone Open ... first place at Luther Open ... first place at Jim Koch Open ... third place at UNI Open ... 2-2 record at Midlands ... second place at Loras Open ... first place at Don Parker Open ... recorded 12 pins, five technical falls and six major decisions.

High School: Ranked eighth in the country in the 174-pound weight class by Flowrestling ... was runner-up at the state meet and finished tallied 52-2 record as a senior ... junior year he won his first state title at 160 pounds along with another Greco and Freestyle state title ... was a Fargo Freestyle and Greco All-American, finishing second in both bouts ... became a UWW Junior Greco Open National Champion, finishing sixth in the UWW Freestyle Nationals ... sophomore year he was a state runner-up in addition to a USAW National Champion, Freestyle State champion, Fargo Freestyle All-American, UWW Nationals All-American, Pan American champion, Greco state champion, Fargo Greco All-American runner-up, and fourth-place finisher in the UWW Greco Nationals ... his freshman year, he was a freestyle and Greco state champion, as well as a Fargo Freestyle and Greco All-American

  • Where is your favorite place to eat on campus? Chipotle
  • What is something interesting you did this past summer? Started hunting a lot more since we had a little more “free” time with covid-19 hitting
  • Where is your go-to study spot? Bedroom or the team lounge during study hours
  • What is your major? Health promotion and Health Equity
  • What are your post-college plans? Wrestling Greco and make World and Olympic teams
  • Who is your favorite school to wrestle against? Minnesota or Nebraska
  • What is your best wrestling memory? All of them
  • Where is your favorite place to wrestle? UW Field House in front of our home fans and my family
  • When did you begin wrestling? As soon as I can remember, my dad was a wrestling coach when I was born so you could say I was born into the wrestling world
  • What is your favorite thing about Wisconsin wrestling? Representing my home state, it means a lot to me to be able to wrestle here as I know the motion W represents more than myself
  • What is something you do before every match? Find my family, look at them and take a deep breath, this just kind of calms me down and focuses me into my match
  • What is one word that describes this team? family
  • My favorite thing to do off the mat with my teammates is: Hunt or just hangout and cook
  • What is your most memorable wrestling achievement? Making a world team
  • Favorite Coach Bono saying? “Hustle, Effort and Attitude”
  • What is your dream as a collegiate wrestler? NCAA Champion
  • If you would switch places with anyone on the team for a day, who would you pick and why? Trent, he is a fan favorite and a lot of people on campus know him
  • If you could play for any other Wisconsin sports team, what sport would you choose and why? basketball, I would be the next Steph Curry
  • Who is your favorite athlete in any sport? JJ Watt
  • What is your favorite sports team? San Francisco 49ers
  • What other sports did you play growing up? Football, baseball, track
