2020-21: Earned a 3-7 overall record wrestling at 149 pounds for the Badgers, including a 10-5 decision victory against Illinois' Christian Kanzler at the 2021 Big Ten Championships ... defeated Nebraska's Brock Hardy 7-6 during dual match ... won 9-4 decision against No. 16 Purdue's Alec White to help No. 22 Badgers seal 22-14 dual-match upset victory at the UW Field House ... 2021 Academic All-Big Ten.

2019-20: In his redshirt freshman season, Scharenbrock tied for the most pins on the team with six... had his fastest pin at the Harold Nichols Open against Kevin Foley, ending the match in 3:27... competed in seven duals for the Badgers and went 3-4 at 157 pounds... won over Carson Brolsma at Minnesota with a 6-0 decision... wrapped up his season with a 7-2 decision over UNI's Derek Holschlag ... earned 18-10 overall record ... 2020 Academic All-Big Ten.

2018-19: First season as a Badger…finished with a 10-2 record in open competition…took first place at the Cyclone Open by going 3-0…went 5-0 with four pins and one tech fall to take first place at the Luther Open…went 2-2 at UNI Open…recorded five pins, one technical fall and two major decisions

High School: Scharenbrock finished his prep career with a 197-14 record … as a senior he claimed the state title at 145 pounds after going a perfect 51-0 ... he took the state title at 138 pounds in his third year with a 48-2 record and took fourth in the USAW Folkstyle Nationals … during his sophomore campaign he went 52-2 and placed fourth at state … as a freshman, he qualified for the WIAA state tournament and finished eighth at the USAW Folkstyle Nationals
