SUGAR GROVE, Ill. – Wisconsin sophomore
Nick Robinson shot consecutive scores of 2-under par 70 in the first two rounds of the Northern Intercollegiate on Sunday at Rich Harvest Farms in Sugar Grove, Ill. Robinson's 36-hole total of 140 was a career-best and earned him a share of seventh place at -4 for the tournament entering Monday's final round.
Robinson ended both of his rounds on Sunday with a strong finishing kick. He birdied the final three holes of his morning round then was 4-under par over the final seven holes of his afternoon round.Â
