MADISON, Wis. - Looking to cap off a successful west coast road trip, the Wisconsin women's soccer team (3-1) will take on Portland University (2-2) this Sunday. The game will be played in Seattle and is set for 1:30 p.m. CT.

1. HERO BALL: Senior forward Emily Borgmann was Wisconsin's savior in Thursday's match against the University of Washington. In the fourth minute of extra time, Borgmann took a pass from sophomore Cammie Murtha and found the back of the net, ending the game. The goal was Borgmann's second of the season.

2. SCOUTING PORTLAND: Sitting at 2-2 on the season, Portland is coming off of back-to-back losses to the University of Washington and Michigan State. Portland started the season undefeated, winning its first two games, both in shutout fashion. Kimberly Hazlett is the player to watch for Pilots, leading the team with two goals and five points.

3. TEAM LEADERS: Murtha and fellow sophomore Lauren Rice sit atop Wisconsin's leaderboard in points, goals and assists. Rice leads the team in goals [3] and points [7], while Murtha leads in assists [4] and is one point behind Rice [6].

4. HISTORY LESSON: Portland holds the all-time series record advantage over the Badgers, with a 3-1-1 record. The most recent meeting between the teams came in 2014. Wisconsin won that match, 3-0.

5. LOOKING AHEAD: Following Wisconsin's Portland game, the Badgers return home for a four-game stretch. Conference play opens during that stretch when the Badgers welcome in Northwestern on Sept. 14.
