MADISON, Wis. – The fifth-ranked Wisconsin women's hockey team returns home to face Lindenwood at LaBahn Arena for a Thursday-Friday series in Madison. Puck drop on both nights is set for 7 p.m. CT.
Fans should note that parking this season will be $5 per game in Lots 29, 46 and 91. ADA parking is also available for $5 in Lots 44 and 87.

1. LAST TIME OUT: Wisconsin is coming off of a split at No. 11 Penn State, falling to the Nittany Lions, 4-1, on Thursday before bouncing back in a big way on Friday with a 9-1 triumph. Seven different Badgers found the scoresheet on Friday, including
Lacey Eden and
Sophie Shirley each potting two goals in the triumph. After falling down 1-0 in the first period on Friday, UW scored three goals in the second period before firing in six more during the final stanza, the team's most goals in a single frame since posting six in the second period against Bemidji State on Nov. 7, 2021.
2. AGAINST THE LIONS: The Badgers are undefeated in their all-time series with Lindenwood, holding a 19-0-0 record that includes a 10-0-0 mark for games played in Madison. This will mark the Lions' sixth-ever trip to Madison after playing their first games in program history on Sept. 23 and 25 against the Badgers at the Kohl Center.
Sophie Shirley has 13 career points against Lindenwood, including a six-point weekend last year, while
Casey O'Brien scored six goals against Lindenwood in last year's series.
3. SOPHOMORES TAKE HOME WCHA HONORS: A pair of UW sophomores earned WCHA accolades on Monday, as
Lacey Eden was named the WCHA Forward of the Week and
Jane Gervais took home WCHA Goaltender of the Week honors. Eden was tied for the UW lead in points with four off two goals and two assists, while Gervais picked up her second career win and her first career ranked win against No. 11 Penn State. Â
4. HOME, SWEET HOME: Now in its 10th season, LaBahn Arena has become one of the toughest places to play in NCAA hockey as UW holds a 144-16-10 record at the rink. Since the start o the 2015-16 season, UW is a more impressive 95-6-6 at LaBahn. UW has also had 100 sellouts out of a potential 164 games and UW has had crowds of more than 2000 at 122 games.
5. FILL THE BOWL IS BACK: The Badgers announced last week that they will play their seventh Fill the Bowl game on Friday, Feb. 3 against St. Cloud State at the Kohl Center. UW looks to match its NCAA record of 15,359 set at the 2017 Fill the Bowl game, which also happened to be against St. Cloud State. UW owns six of the top-10 crowds in NCAA women's ice hockey history and is the only school to draw more than 10,000 fans to a women's hockey contest.
